I did recharge of Rs 303 for my reliance Jio number on 4 april at 4:16 PM via MyJio App selecting Paytm as payment Mode. But somehow it got failed still i have neither have received recharge nor amount refunded in my wallet. On calling Paytm Care they are refusing to help saying transaction is successful from their end to the merchant BILLDESKUtil and asking to contact Reliance Jio Care, so i did called Reliance Care too, they also refused to help saying there is no record of such transaction at their end. I subscribed for jio prime membership and even paid for it . Transaction ID is also given but then jio number still shows that I have not enrolled for the prime membership.
