I am prabir sanpui. I made online payment through uco bank debit card for rrb kolkata on 18.02.18. At 21:45:03 hrs. My transaction was failed with an error. But my amount of rs 500 was deducted from my account. I waited for 24 hrs to back my amount. I didn't get. Then i applied again 19.02.18 at 16:04:56. This time my transaction was successful. My transaction id is cpd4102957. I had to pay another amount. I want to refund useless deduction amount soon. Please help me. Contact me my email id : [protected]@gmail.com. As soon as possible. Money has been received by indiaideas but after no process done.
