Billdesk — Transaction failed but amount debited to my Credit Card | |||||
Sir, On 31st march 2017, i tried to recharge to my bsnl mobile through your gateway. But twice an amount of rs.487/- (Each time) i. E., a total amount of rs.974/- is debited to my credit card. But the recharge has not taken place. The confirmation i have also got from bsnl that the transaction has failed. Kindly arrange to give back the credit to my credit card. I paid the Rs.150/- for APRJC fee on 10/04/2017, amount deducted from my account but journal no not generated. transaction ref no. IGABCQYBJ0.we submit the application the journal no required. Last date for submitting application is 12/04/2017

The above mentioned two orders number of billdesk are not successful. Jio operator hasn't get payment yet. Please refund my amount of ₹499 ×2=998 for both recharge in my Paytm wallet ([protected]). Please resolve my issue as soon as possible.

Recharge my jio sim of 303 on 7th April through jio app by paytm amount deducted and SMS received by paytm that recharge successful but in my jio app no recharge history and no any SMS received by jio .So pls resolve my problem asap. jPaid Rs.303.00 to BILLDESKutil at 10:32 PM.
