Hello, I tried to pay my BSES RAJDHANI POWER electricity bill with CA number[protected] for the month of October 2014, through HDFC Bank Netbanking. However the transaction failed and still INR 1850 were debited from my HDFC Bank account with reference number AHDF[protected]-BSES RAJDHANI POWER.
