[Resolved] Billdesk — transaction failed money debited in the a/c | |
I made online payment for electrice bill dtd. 29.9.14 for Rs. 9787.86 of BSES Rajdhani Power Ltd. through Canara Bank ATM cum debit card my transactions was failed with error "Reasons: sorry! we are unable to process your transaction. Please contact us at [protected]@billdisk.com for any queries" what to do now? Rs.9787.00.86 has been deducted from my account in the name of Shashi Kumar Verma SB account no.[protected] of Canara Bank Sheik Sarai Branch, New Delhi .and simultaneously my electric bill payment is not done. Please refund me that much of amount in the above mentioned bank account and contact me [protected]@gmail.com.
