I had reachrged my jio no. Through myjio app using paytm option. I m prime member so i recharged for 303/- but yet now didn't recived that amount on my jio no. 303 /- has been paid to billdeskutil but my jio no. Didn't got any rechargei contacted paytm customer care but they said payment done to billdeskutil so pleasesolve this problem

Same problem.

Paid Rs.349.00 to BILLDESK on 23 July 18 through net banking. Successfully not recharged my jio mobile number and amount has been deducted from my bank account.
