Billdeskutil — Jio payment of 303 done but not received

I had reachrged my jio no. Through myjio app using paytm option. I m prime member so i recharged for 303/- but yet now didn't recived that amount on my jio no. 303 /- has been paid to billdeskutil but my jio no. Didn't got any rechargei contacted paytm customer care but they said payment done to billdeskutil so pleasesolve this problem

already once I complain still didn't got any reply from BILLDESKutil and it's really annoying now bcoz from last 3 days m trying to contact so that my problem is solved but m not getting any respond and I also don't knw if my recharge will bi done o I need to do other recharge so I please request you to solve this problem

Please check it online rather than relying on myJio app.

Login to it with ur email ID and password and go to : "My Plans"
Under that, u have "Active Plan" and "Upcoming Plan"
Check in the second one and you should see all new recharges done except "Prime Membership" as it is already active now.

Dont rely on any repsonse from Jiocare. They normally dont respond :)
