Billdeskutil — refund of money still awaiting | |||||
I have made a recharge on my jio no of 399 on 24/08/2018; at 1:08pm The money got deducted from my payrm wallet but the recharge was not done. The money is gone and still not refunded back to my wallet. Transaction id [protected] It has been 6 days now and i have done enough of talking with both paytm and jio. They both are helpless and since the money is paid to billdeskutil then i need my money back as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Payment for rs. 399.00 made through Paytm on 11.9.2017 but still not recharged my Jio 4g mobile reliance no. [protected]. Payment made through Paytm vide BILLDESKutil order #JPT[protected]. Wallet Txn I'd [protected]. Pl do the needful ugtnly.

We have booked reliance Jio Phone Vide above order no Paid 500/vide Paytm but no confirmation received .pl confirm the status.I had paid money on 24th August 2017.
