My name is devendra nath singh my wife account number is [protected] in this account number is bank of india g t road ghaziabad in this account pardhanmantri jivanjyoti bima yojna claim related issue 1 july 2015 ko frist premium debit kiya gaya tha second year me koi bhi premium debit nahi hua es account se koi bhi information mujhe bank se nahi mila jabki auto renewal premium 22 may 2017 ko without information debit kar liya gaya account holder name sunita jo ki 10 june 2017 ko expired kar gai eska rewal premium bank ne 22 may 2017 ko debit kar liya gaya claim ko apply karne ke baad inssurance compny claim reject karke 330 rupay premium nomnee ke account me wapas bhej diya eska regarding mujhe bank ke madhyam se help mangne ke liya suggest kiya gaya pechle six month se mujhe bank ne es regarding koi help nahi kiya maine bank me and bank ke head office me bahut bar sampark kiya irda ke ek complaint email id [protected]@gmail.com es i'd par bhi email kiya gaya jiska responce mujhe 12 oct 2017 ko aaya ki aap bank me writen complaint kijya wo bhi kiya gaya par koi bhi sahi response mujhe bank karamchari nahi deta hai kewal branch se emails karya jata hai jiska koi bhi responce nahi milta es matter ko main chahta hu ki rbi ke rules ke according bank par uchit karywai kiya jaye agar bank ne mara paise insurance company ko 22may 2017 ko reniwal premium debit kiya hai to mara claim banta hai par bima company name sud life ne mujhe wrong jankari ke sath 330 rupes premium refund kiya hai

My name is devendra nath singh my concern about pradhan mantri jivanjyoti bima yojna claim related issue account number [protected] account holder name sunita she is expired 10 june 2017 his claim apply date 7 July 2017 but bima agency star daichilife insurance Ltd his claim is not issue in nominee account only send 330 rupes premium refund in my account frist premium debit date 1 July 2017 and second reniwal premium debit 22 may 2017 gap premium not debit 2016 so issue this claim reniwal premium debit date 22 may 2017 so not issue by bima agency i confrom in your branch and given by writing latter send by registered post office but not any response by bank and i infrom to you consumer complane number 445655 but not any action your side this details confrom by consumer helpline number i need any help by bank not any help by bank and your nodal officer also head office so details take by consumer court
