I order 7 bottles of apple cider vinegar... The bottles has reached at my post office, but post office is asking for rs. 638/- against the custom charges to handover these bottles to me... As per my order the shipping (Including custom duty) is fully paid till the home delivery...

Why should i pay extra charges for the customs when i fully paid the amount till delivery at my home???

    I had ordered for a bragg - apple cider vinegar on 30th august. My money was deducted from my account since it was paid online but i have not received the order number so i don't know how to track my order.
    When can i receive my product? I need my product or you can refund my money immediately or can someone contact me from your team as i need this to be solved immediately.

      I ordered products on 21 mar and did not receive anything. On 19 may after almost 2 months of not receiving the products i asked for refund and biovea promised refund. Its been a month and no refund received as yet. It does not take so long to get refund back to your account. What type of a company is this cheating its customers.

        I ordered miracle noodles and rice on 21st march. Order no 30158393 for rs 2395. Its been two months and i have still not received my products. Have tried contacting customer service by email number of times but no response. Can anyone please respond to my query and check where my order is. Its so difficult to get in touch with anybody from this company

          Purchased 'MULTIVITES GUMMY VITAMINS FOR ADULTS 250 Gummies' from them. After paying all shipment, the product was delayed by 30 days. Now I have been told to pay INR 920 to receive the product as custom charges. The product itself is of INR 2000. The charges are nearly 50%. This is mentioned no where on their site instead it says free shipping and handling.

          My product costs 985.00 vide order no 30022540 on 28 february january 2016.even till today i received no product from them.only details is the tracking no. from their web site.no name of the courier company too.when will the product reach me?
          I ordered FOLIGAIN MINOXIDIL 5% HAIR REGROWTH TREATMENT FOR MEN 3 Month Supply and my order number is 30210511. I ordered in March 29th and got the confirmation mail too.

          when checking the website it shows fully shipped. Sent 3 mails without any response. The promised date of delivery was 11th April.

          Why choose medicines website to cheat?

            I have sent 5 emails to biovea with not a single response, then called the local ups numbers, and no one has any idea where my package is. They say the tracking number is not valid even though that's the number sent to me by biovea saying they had shipped the package.in the past orders have arrived within 7-10 days but now it's been 3 weeks and i'm still waiting. The worrying part is that five emails have been ignored by the support team. Someone help me!

            Order number is[protected] and the UPS site shows that it is in the local post office for delivery but the status has been the same for a long time and UPS says that they don't have it since the order number is invalid.

            I had ordered organic mothers milk tea almost 20 days ago. The order status says fully shipped and delivery between 13th and 19th April but I've not received as yet. Nor has there been any communication from the company regarding delay. Highly unprofessional, I must say. I feel cheated

                  I am still waiting the delivery. The company is cheating with me. Kindly get solution.

                    I have ordered from this site first time..very pathetic experience... i dont know about the status of my product..the no they have given in the site..that is fax number..unable to reach customer care..very much frustrated...i dont expect such service from any site...i will never ecommend this to anyone
                    why the hell they use to ake the order if they are not willing to accept it..will log a case for this site...

                          I have place order no. 25822456 on 19th June 2015. But still it, s showing status on hold. I have e-, ailed twice to customer care but with no response. Either tell me the status and confirm delivery otherwise I will cancel my order and in future will neither buy nor suggest anyone to buy from Biovea. Also your customer care phone number is a cheat.

                                  Dispatch Confirmation Order # 24539961 Dear Dr. Sharma, Your recent order with BIOVEA has been dispatched! Order Date: 19 December 2014 Dispatch Date: 19 December 2014 I have not received my package. It was said to be dispatched on Dec, 19, 2014. I have sent number of emails to them. They are saying your package is en route to the address you have given. This is frustrating situation. I would never suggest anyone for Biovea, as they have not done accordingly. Local retailers are much better than Biovea. I have already spent Rs.1870 on this product and also not received yet. I am in doubt that they would deliver the product or not. Over that they have not given any information regarding Shipping/Courier company and tracking number, so that the package can be tracked. They have said that tracking number is not available. This is not good. I am going to raise this issue to high level.

                                    Order # 24485815 Team Biovea if you charge for a product relatively higher to your competitors, I am sure you do afford a better delivery option with tracking options available. Extremely unprofessional service and a very poor customer care service team I must say. I have been writing constant reminders to the team but they just extend my delivery date.Is there some kind of joke going on here? You ask me to wait for 8.12 days then make it 20 den 25. I need my refund, on prior immediate basis.
