My order NO. 19056540 ordered on 26th april was cancelled on 28th april, I was told that my card was not charged by the company people, but when I told them that my card was charged, I was told that the amount would be refunded very soon, but the amount was not refunded, now these people are giving different excuses and false promises, but they are not refunding my money....

I placed an order for the product PREGNENOLONE 50mg in Biovea India on Jul 30 Order no: 15308251. Received confirmation that the product was shipped in ordinary post. But the product was not delivered to me even after 15 days as mentioned in their web site. So I logged a complaint to track the shippment as they couldn't track, they refunded the amount back to my account asking me to place a new order. I again placed a new order...

Biovea - for all practical purposes, it is a large MNC operating all over the world. That is all good to hear & know. However, beware of being lugged with unforeseen & unfair charges, they call 'Customs Declaration', that needs to be paid at the door, whilst collecting the parcel (oh, by the way, it took that parcel nearly a WHOLE MONTH to arrive at my door !!), from the postman. Biovea =has not credited any amount in my account though they sent a mail that they have credited.But till date i didn't got any? below is the mail they sent.
