My order NO. 19056540 ordered on 26th april was cancelled on 28th april, I was told that my card was not charged by the company people, but when I told them that my card was charged, I was told that the amount would be refunded very soon, but the amount was not refunded, now these people are giving different excuses and false promises, but they are not refunding my money.

Biovea is a fraud company bcoz I ordered aveeno baby wash and aveeno baby cream they charged delivery charges 199 for standard delivery.i payed 1895 including standard delivery charges.i ordered these products on Nov 18 th Today I received the product but the delivery boy told me that u have to pay 300 extra .what I have to do whether I have to pay money or not

    I placed an order for the product PREGNENOLONE 50mg in Biovea India on Jul 30 Order no: 15308251. Received confirmation that the product was shipped in ordinary post. But the product was not delivered to me even after 15 days as mentioned in their web site. So I logged a complaint to track the shippment as they couldn't track, they refunded the amount back to my account asking me to place a new order. I again placed a new order for the same product on Aug 23 order no: 15584888. and immediately mailed to the customer support requesting them to courier the product and courier charges will be payed by us. But they refused to do so and shipped the product in ordinary post only. Till now I haven't received the product. Please help me receiving my product.

      Biovea - for all practical purposes, it is a large MNC operating all over the world. That is all good to hear & know. However, beware of being lugged with unforeseen & unfair charges, they call 'Customs Declaration', that needs to be paid at the door, whilst collecting the parcel (oh, by the way, it took that parcel nearly a WHOLE MONTH to arrive at my door !!), from the postman. My question to Biovea is : Why was I NOT made aware that I would be expected to pay that 756.00 INR at the door, when I was placing my order (which was 'shipped' free of cost, for having ordered products worth more than 1999.00 INR) ??? Do you consider this professional ? I am not being difficult and I understand that some things need to be sourced from elsewhere than India, however what would it take a large MNC like Biovea, to inform the poor customer of this small detail ? Shameful, on two counts : 1. The parcel took a whole month to arrive (when the replies from the customer support kept repeating that they NEVER take more than 20 days !!). 2. The undeclared charges that you feel the need to dump on your unsuspecting customer ( I have attached a photo of the supposed declaration form). You have, for sure, lost me as your customer (unless you explain your absolutely abhorrent business model/practice to me). I also hope my comment here would make many think twice (or even thrice) before ordering from your website. Best wishes, NOT ! -Charu. Order Number :[protected]organic chia seeds).

      order no 24873714 Betaine Hcl ordered on 8th Feb not yet delivered package shows shipped.Same reply given by customer care and no phone or address mentioned on the site.

        Biovea =has not credited any amount in my account though they sent a mail that they have credited.But till date i didn't got any? below is the mail they sent.

          I Had ordered MACA Capsules from the BIOVEA website but its still not be delivered its about a month now and not getting any revert from them the only contact detail they have is e-mail and i am not getting any reply from them and the money has been deducted long time back order no. 13953501 i have sent them so many mails but i am not getting and satisfactory reply from them so i dont know when i will receive my product and if they cant i want my money back please help what needs to be done.

            I have ordered a medicine from BIOVEA on 9th of April 2013.Generally after booking they send a confirmation mail of ordered in ones's mail box which i haven't received yet (I have checked both in Inbox and Spam folder).Now when I am asking them to cancel and refund my order they are not bother to reply a single mail,as mail is the only option to contact them............. repeatedly I have been sending mails,I have send around 30 -35 mails........but they hardly reply and does not mention anything about the cancellation and refund of my order....................So I thought of informing this to the Consumer Complaints Forum so that they cancel and refund my money asap

            I placed an order on 19th December and it is almost a week since that day but the order is still in process. further on contacting they first told me that the order cannot be placed and now they are not even replying to my emails and queries! this is my first interaction with this company and will never recommend it to anyone.

            My order hasnt reached me yet. It has been almost one month now. All they reply on email is that the order will reach me and BLAH BLAH. Now the recent reply from them says they have dispatched with the delivery agency and they dont have the tracking number or contact number of the agency. Are these guys making a fool o[censored]s.

            I ordered PSORZEMA CREME (4oz) 120ml & BORAGE OIL (STARFLOWER OIL) 1000mg 90 Softgels VALUE PACK for Rs 2243 on 1st june 2014.
            I have not received the product till now. Moreover there is no tracking details of my order in the website. Only standard post is mentioned without tracking details. How come a company like biovea show such unprofessional behaviour. It seems to be another cheat company.

            Biovea is a fraud .. I ordered for a product, on 19th of May they said it's been shipped but no tracking ID was provided, I requested for one still they were unable to provide . After wasting my 15 days they say it's lost somewhere and blame the postal services. They said they have refunded my payment in card on 6th of June but have no transaction ID to provide . I have been requesting time and again all they have is stupid excuses . It's frustrating I need my money back and transaction details.

            They are positively a "dud" organisation, having taken money up front and not shipped the goods since over 2 months and refuse to respond to reminders.
            I[censored] PAY Rs 2010 IN BIOVEA.. THEY CHARGING £ 2010...THEY CHANGED THE CURRENCY. RUPEES BECOME POUND STERLING! THEY R THIEVES AND FRAUD DONKEYS. DNT BUY ANYTHING IN BIOVEA...
            I have ordered "Apple cider vinegar" from Biovea made a card payment of $ 7.87 on 15 /3/2018 the estimated delivery reflected ad 23-25 march 2018 but i have nt received anything plus biovea is nt bothered to inform customer where the product is ...i tried tracking its only says "in transit".i have send emails but i have not received any reply from Biovea...they are very unprofessional i would suggest please do nt order anything from Biovea.
            I need my refund of 7.87 Dollar...and i dont need the product...My order number is #32584567
            I have made a order[protected] on January 19 2022, to Cyprus, and still haven't received it!!!
