[Resolved]  Blackberry Mobile — blackberry z10 issue

Dear Concerned, Trusting in the brand I purchased an Blackberry Z10 . after the purchase highlighted a major defect on 16th August 2014. I immediately phone given to Service Center the Service Support People said me the sent to HO for examining the cause. After given almost more than one month i didn't got my phone. I would like to know should i wait for a six month or more then . I am a serving person and paid a fortune to buy a Blackberry Z10 from a trusted brand. I haven’t purchased a second hand phone. I purchased a brand new phone and i am not comfortable Z10 a repaired one. Kindly look into it and provide a permanent solution to it. Waiting for a firm, reply .
