I deposited my Blackberry-9780 at Redington service center(Sector 20, Chandigarh) on 23 July 2012 and they told me that I will get my phone back in around 10-12 days, today 30 days passes and I don’t have received phone till now, at their given contact no I have tried continuous phone calls in these 15-20 days but nobody pick phone, I have made 3 visit to the service center for this already and all time they make excuses and ask for some more time. I request you to please look in to the matter and do the needful for me.
