[Resolved]  Blackberry Mobile — Blackberry mobile 9720 sold to me, was defective

I had purchased one blackberry 9720 from lucknow on 28.01.2014 which was not working properly had noise while caling and reciving cal i submit the mobile on 18.02.2014 at kanpur chunniganj servicecentre of blackberry, on 05.03.2014 they cal me to collect the device however problem was still persisting again i resubmit the device without taking delivery on 05.03.2014 .Aftre 15 days guy from service centre cal me to collect the device but problem was still persisting and he told me you have to tolerate the problem the entire series have the same problem, i did not took delivery again resubmit the device after discussion with the senior, still the device at the service centre .I want my money back or the compny replace with some other model please help . I have alrady complaint with the mobile co and service head no response
