[Resolved]  Blackberry Mobile — DEFECTIVE HANDSET GIVEN

I had purchased New Mobile Hand set of Black Berry and in first month observed hand set having some problems and given same for necessary checks in Redigton Service for warranty check/repair and I got my handset back after a month of time and then in a week time again reported same problem and given back in service center, total 8 times hand set given in service center for problem solution and out of this 8 time they given me other hand set with assurance that the New replacement from the Black Berry company, but one day when I am trying to divert my call to other number and found one number already saved in system then i called on that number and came to know that said person has same model and on reporting problem company given replacement to that person, means every time Ridigton Services given me old hand sets and all that having major problems.
since under warranty period (1 year warranty) i have used hand set only for 25 hours and rest of time handset under the service centers for repair/replacement.
now redington services and Black Berry not responding even after sending reminders over mail from the day one to till 2.5 years.
