[Resolved]  Blackberry Mobile — Complaint regarding New Handset Black Berry Curve 9220 bought on 29th Sept 2012 from Blackberry Exclusive outlet

This is to bring to your notice that I have bought mobile handset Blackberry Curve 9220 from this store but there is some manufacturing defect as there are some sign of scratches on the handset and I was told by the Sales person Mr Saurabh and Sunny while doing sales that if there is any issue the handset can be replaced from the same outlet from it has been bought within 14 days from the date of sale .
As i noticed recently that there is manufacturing defect so I went yesterday (8th OCT) again to the same store which is located in EDM Mall in the name of BUZZ RETAIL INDIA PVT LTD but the way I was treated by the sales person which was not acceptable at all in any circumstances and they communicated to me that we cannot change your handset neither we can give any service regarding the same . These kind of employees are spoiling the name of the Brand of Blackberry who only does sales and after sales no Service being provided.
Request you to kindly look into the matter at earliest and replace the handset without harassing the customer

Blackberry Mobile — complaint against worse condition of mobile phone

Dear sir,

my orde no.is '3270523' I got problem in the first day itself when i saw my mobile.it's totally look like second hand mobile,its condition is very bad..back side battery cover is very cheap and key pads are tottaly worse in condition..neither there is any camera nor there is any dual sim facility as describe by the seller.i have made a complaint against my mobile and request them please replace my mobile,or refund my amount,send me fresh piece or change it with other brand.
they told me that the will help me in this regard within 42 hrs..but 42 hrs is already past...10 days is almost completed.as yet i didn't receive any single call from their side.even they are not attending my calls any more..as i have pad such a big amount 5298.
please help me as soon as possible as i am one of the oldest customer of naaptol.
