I brought blackberry dtek 60 on june 24 2018 but your name shake service center say its out of warranty.. I contacted the seller no use and distributor also useless at chennai... I have very frequent restart issue and also some issue with speak... Very poor build.

Dear Concerned, Trusting in the brand I purchased an Blackberry Z10 . after the purchase highlighted a major defect on 16th August 2014. I immediately phone given to Service Center the Service Support People said me the sent to HO for examining the cause. After given almost more than one month i didn't got my phone. I would like to know should i wait for a six month or more then . I am a serving person and paid a fortune to buy a Blackberry...

My name is parvez alam, a resident of New Delhi. Sir/Ma’am i had bought a blackberry mobile phone for Rs. 16,000, model (Curve Touch-9380) from my hard earned money as company’s sales executive assured me of best in class post sales, hastle free services at its service centres across the city.

After a month later, i found that the phone get heat easily. its battery backup is so poor. i avoid this problm so many times but...

I had purchased New Mobile Hand set of Black Berry and in first month observed hand set having some problems and given same for necessary checks in Redigton Service for warranty check/repair and I got my handset back after a month of time and then in a week time again reported same problem and given back in service center, total 8 times hand set given in service center for problem solution and out of this 8 time they given me other hand set...

This is to bring to your notice that I have bought mobile handset Blackberry Curve 9220 from this store but there is some manufacturing defect as there are some sign of scratches on the handset and I was told by the Sales person Mr Saurabh and Sunny while doing sales that if there is any issue the handset can be replaced from the same outlet from it has been bought within 14 days from the date of sale .
As i noticed...

We have received our mobile (against order no, 3771767 ) after long waiting of 2 months but we surprised to see that the mobile is defective and we checked with local Mobile repair person as suggested by Naaptol Representative and found that mobile is not charged the battery due to there is no voltage signal is coming while charging the mobile and also discharged the charged battery very fast.

Now we fed-up with the service...

Work order No. CHD/BB/12/02076 dated 23 July 2012

I deposited my Blackberry-9780 at Redington service center(Sector 20, Chandigarh) on 23 July 2012 and they told me that I will get my phone back in around 10-12 days, today 30 days passes and I don’t have received phone till now, at their given contact no I have tried continuous phone calls in these 15-20 days but nobody pick phone, I have made 3 visit to the service center...

Naaptol received the Blackberry mobile for replacement on 2nd July 2012, as confirmed by Naaptol representative any replacement should be dispatch within 15days after receiving the same at your end, but till now we have not any confirmation regarding dispatch of our Black Berry Phone.
I have also approach to CEO but till now we have not received the Blackberry mobile....

On Janaury 5, 2012, i placed an order with Timtara.com (vide order no.[protected] for a blackberry mobile and its cover. The same day i made the payment through cheque and the same was cleared on Janauary 9, 2012, however, to prove the same i was asked to submit the staement of my bank account. Even after doing that, the date of reciept was shown as Janaury 12, 2012. Despite sending several emails to them, making calls at their customer care...

i have purchaed my blackbery handset 8520 curve model before 2 and half months. there is a problem started in battry 1st of july and i have submitted my batery for replacement at 11 july 2011. As per blackberry guidelines there is a customer problem solve in 5-7 days eithor there is a repair or replacement.

I handedover a working phone to M/s Redington for repair, the "DELETE" key was not functioning properly and was very hard to press.

Surprisingly I got reply after two days saying this phone is beyond economical repair and can not be considered under warranty.

I wrote more than 5 reminders to them but no reply from them,
