Blue Dart Express — Delayed delivery | |||||
Tracking id - [protected] Ordered the item on 6th april 2016. Items is delayed at airport from last 5 days. They are not providing satisfactory answers. And other items from mi and also through fedex, booked on same date was delivered in less than 28 hrs. After multiple calls to their service center, they are just providing answer that they are looking into the matter. Please wait for some time. Not only this, twice i ordered a cheque book from icici bank. It was dispatched through bluedart, without contacting me for delivery or even trying to reach my address, they marked the status as delivered. When i contacted they said, if they hadn't done this then this item would have been returned to originating address. What a policy ???? Was this information helpful? | |||||
