Blue Dart Express — I am complaint about my phone case | |||||
Please provide as much information as possible : I am not my home, now i am in busy my personal work at mumbai then i request to refund my order. When i come back my hometown in kolkata then i re-order my phone case & i"ll sure that blue dart is full co-operate with me. Please, it's my request to blue dart. Thank's from me to my cancel order. Selected blue colour not provided by company and small hand size and Large size blazer provided by company.

Return this blazer by bludart company and refund my money because in advertisement show another pictures of item and after selection changed item and send different colour item. I'm select dark blue blazer but send different colour which are shown in image.
My courier is not delivered at right time.. the courier boy telling that i should collect my courier from where he is.. and he is returning the courier by metioning that am not available in my adress.. courier no. awb# [protected]. ...
My consignment was out for delivery. And I was waiting for that. I have not received any call and status updated as consignee not available.

Refer tracking number [protected] on 05 Nov office was open and I was available on phone. Delievery boy didn't updated the status that paramises were closed. My parcel is roaming from last 1 week. Poor service
