Blue Dart Express — Incorrect location and very rude while talking | |||
Very frustrating... They are not issuing my credit card to my new address which is already updated with the bank. When checked with sbi bank, they said they have already updated my new address and have dispatched to new address.. But bluedart person was very rude and said he has my old adddress and will not give my card. Need immediate action on this and most important bluedart numbers are not working. This complaint is regarding the Non-Delivery of PAN cards sent by Income Tax Department and your Blue Dart office doesnot deliver to the said address and ultimately those pan cards remains undelivered and sent back to the Sender i/e IT Dept.
Please Look into the matter and do the needful.
