Blue Dart Express — international shipment not delivered

This is really disappointing to write that international shipment of rakhi which i sent on august 6th to philippines never got delivered and got stuck at customs because of the stupidity and negligence of your staff member. Why the hell u guys make unprofessional and untrained staff members sit at the courier desk who can't handle international shipments. U guys have spoiled our festival and are liable to pay back the full refund urgently. It would have been better if i would have sent it through ferns n petals or archies these guys are highly professional and committed to their customers. I hope you initiate the refund immediately.
