Dear sir Please read following message received from Bajaj Finservises where the card sent by then is not received by me. My address is not changed since last 22 years. Please look in to the matter. Kindly find mentioned below all essential details confirming that the card was sent across to you by blue dart Courier service on 03/02/2015by Airway bill num – [protected] We wish to confirm your mailing address: HNO 1 VAKRATUND APPT NR CANARA BANK PUNE 411037 HNO 1 VAKRATUND APPT NR CANARA BANK PUNE 411037 If there is a change of address, you could either call us on[protected] and email us at [protected]@bajajfinserv.in, along with address proof scanned copy. EMI Card delivery status also can be tracked with the help of above mentioned Airway Bill number using search option available on official site of Blue Dart www.bluedart.com or for Speedpost - http://services.ptcmysore.gov.in/Speednettracking/Track.aspx Any one of the following documents can be considered for address change, same should not be more than 3 months old at the time of submission: Electricity bill Water bill Mobile bill Landline phone bill Bank statement LIC Insurance receipt Employer certified residence address proof Customer full name and address should clearly match with our records.
