Please read following message received from Bajaj Finservises where the card sent by then is not received by me. My address is not changed since last 22 years. Please look in to the matter.

Any one of the following documents can be considered for address change, same should not be more than 3 months old at the time of submission:
Electricity bill
Water bill
Mobile bill
Landline phone bill
Bank statement
LIC Insurance receipt
Employer certified residence address proof
