On 7th August I Track the order and the status indicate that “CONSIGNEE REFUSE TO ACCEPT”, how is it possible? Without any effort to deliver the consignment, a concern like you can’t update the status. On 7th August I called your Burdwan Office (M: [protected]), and your representative assured me to delivered my consignment positively by[protected]. It is almost the end of the working day but the result is zero. If a consignment takes time to deliver 6-7 days, within a distance of less than 1 K.M. it shame on your concern as well as your service. Look into the matter and do the needful.
