Blue Dart Express — misbehaviour of delivery agent | |||
The debit card of my kotak mahindra bank account was expected to be delivered through blue dart, awb. No. [protected], ref. No.[protected] today on 19.05.2018. The delivery agent, named umesh, mob. No. [protected] tried to call me but due to poor network, the call was not connected. I got a missed call alert and immediately called back to the agent and requested him to attempt the delivery once again. The agent rudely said that there isn't any fault of him and the parcel will be delivered on next working day. I said to deliver it on the same day as i had to withdraw some money. He said that he will be there by 4 pm. He reached at 5.30 and once again started talking rudely and blaming me for not picking his call. I said that the call wasn't connected due to poor network but he wasn't ready to understand and continuously shouted. He then asked me to sign on the receipt and show him my adhar. I signed and showed the e-adhar. He said that he won't deliver the parcel on e-adhar. I tried to convince him that e-adhar is equally accepted as per the government of india guidelines but he wasn't ready to accept it at all. He then called the branch office and they tried to contact me. I told them the entire matter and they just said don't worry it's ok. The rude and vulgar delivery agent then said that he has produced many boys like him and then moved away on his cycle. Kindly take strict action against that uncultured, uneducated delivery agent.
