Sir, Hdfc bank despatched credit card through your blue dart from chenni on 14.03.2017 vide AWB no [protected] & inform me it will be reached by 3 working days .Today on gong through blue dart tracking status i found that due to land mark it's undelivered. i m sorry to write here that before undelivered they hv not to call me on registered mobile no i.e..the efforts was not positive for the same. I got my awb no ([protected]) but it's show record not found. How it possible it's awb no is generated by blue dart right!... And when i call your costumer support she say that is not handover to blue dart it's still in bank. How this possible that without registration how will get the vide no.. call me [protected]
