Blue Dart Express — non responsible behaviour of the staff | |
Respected concern, I have applied for pan card with ack no [[protected] ]. I didn't get any call till today from courier service or concerning the delivery of my pan card. But when i checked my pan application status, i got the following message: Your pan card has been dispatched on 27 feb 2018 by blue dart express ltd courier vide airway bill no. [[protected]], at the address for communication* indicated by you in the application. The pan card is expected to be delivered by 09 march 2018. Immediately with the given airway bill number i checked at buledart office to track out my status, but they have returned to nsdl rtos already on 13 march 2018. There was no call from blue dart express till date and no one came at my door from blue dart even. Inspite, they replied that we do no have sufficient staff for delivery. I also want to clear that the average distance from blue dart office to my address is just 1.5 - 2.0 kms Also, i contacted on their office number [protected] but the phone is never received. Thus sir, i kindly request you to take this complaint as serious and grant me to have my pan card at the earliest. Its not the order which I saw in display o[censored]r site the order Delivered is completely wrong I want to return the product so instruct the Details of the product to return and my refund me again
