Blue Dart Express — oneplus warp charge type-c cable 150 cm

I ordered a data cable from OnePlus waybill number - [protected] i was supposed to get the delivery on dated 18/05/2020 but i didn’t got the delivery on contacting the company they are saying due to the lockdown your parcel is in pending section if you want your parcel urgently then you have to pay registration charge for 10rs from GooglePay or PhonePe then only you will get your parcel then i said okay i will send and then they are sending me a link were i have to registered my card number cvv and UPI pin i told him i will not tell you my personal details then he said ok you will not get your parcel. Please sir/mam it’s a request send my parcel as soon as possible it’s really urgent.
