Blue Dart Express — open package and tip demanded | |||
The first time the courier person came to deliver the passport and asked for money. I did not pay him any extra amount. The second time the courier man came to deliver the pan card and again asked for money and kept standing at the door forcing me to pay him rs100. Also i found that the pan card envelope was open completely putting me into doubt about identity theft! Was this information helpful? | |||
