I was received message on 27.12.17 from sender is, your parcel dispatched vide awb#[protected]. Contact local bluedart i[censored]ndelivered in 72 hrs. I am unable to find local bluedart persons / contact no. I was waiting till 08.01.18 (Approx 12 days) for parcel. Same day i. E. 08.01.18 when i try to track my parcel with the help of bluedart website, message shown like - undelivered shipment held at location. After that i call to customer care of blue dart ([protected]), they said that your parcel is hold on local office will be delivered on tomorrow i. E. 09.01.18, i was also asked about contact no. Of local concern person of blue dart, but they said that we don'e have detail. Now today i. E. 09.01.18 on 19.21 pm i have message from blue dart your parcel has returned undelivered.
