The postal sent to me by icici bank on 22.12.17 in mumbai. it arrived on 22.12.17 in chennai. tract sheet shows on 23rd delivery attempted-premises closed. ( not true), Again on 25th it shows delivery attempted -premises closed, (wrong statement), again on 26th, shows delivery attempted-premises closed ( it is a lie). i have complained to customer care today. they said it will reach today at anycost. but not come. hence pl take necessary action.
