Blue Dart Express — product is not delivered. updating tracking status wrongly without any intimation

Hi team,

I ordered my product in paytm. My order i'd s [protected] and awb no is [protected]. It ll be delivered by mazhar mohammed. I am not getting any calls but from past 3 days in tracking details, he is updating status as "unable to locate delivery address". I tried to call him but no response.
