Blue Dart Express — product received by fraud signature | |
I, sanjeev sharma, purchased a product (Philips hp8310/00 hair straightener black) through flipkart online shopping on 24th september 2017. A message from flipkart company received on my phone that my my product # [protected] will be deliver on 07 oct 2017. But your courier company did not deliver the product till date. When i asked to your kullu hp branch they told me that my product is already delivered to sanjeev on 3rd october 2017. I never received my product. The product received by fraud signature by someone else. Signature on recieving is not mine. Please look into the matter as its a case of forgery/fraud signature.
