I had booked a Redmi 5A handset under the captioned awb number but the same was not delivered to me whileas the status shows as 'Delivered'. I called on Srinagar Office of your agency who informed me that it been delivered to some other person in my office whileas I have no knowledge about it. Since I have applied for the cancellation of the order I request you to retake the consighment from the person to whom it has been delivered by your delivery boy and return it to the vendor so that I shall get the refund in time. I one again request you to address the issue as I have been conveying my requests to your srinagar office for the last one week without any serious effort on their side. Apr 11, 2018 Updated by Fida12078 Dear Sir A new set in lieu of the aforesaid awb [protected] has reached Srinagar Lal Chowk yesterday under AWB [protected]. As my office shall remain closed from 13 to 15 April, it is requested that the said consighment may kindly be delivered to me today as I have some very important work tomorrow afternoon. Since I have faced much hardship for the previous consignment, I hope you will take this request very seriously.
