I ordered boat headphones from paytm.. Which was scheduled to be deliverd at 23 august 2017. I didnt recieved my order from the deliveryboy and the status of my shipment is delivered.. My waybill no. Is [protected].. Please help soon.. I have made my payment through debit card.. I didnt recieve any calls from deliveryboy.. Such a bad service from bluedart.. My 1 pan card return with update or no call my contact us and 2 pan card all ready recicved same address awb no [protected]/ [protected] your staff received per pan card 200 paid money this reason my pan card received. 1 pan card this reason return why. Pls complain solve..

They are not attending any call even if its urgent or not. They are not replying to any questions and also trying to make us fool about the status of the product. You should take great action regarding them.
