Blue Dart Express — Undelivered waybill.

This is regards Way bill no. [protected] and [protected] which are not delivered. I got a call no Friday ( 25th March 2016) from your office about my address and nearest landmark and was told that it will be delivered the next day but instead I got a message that it has been returned due to address related issue and to contact Citibank. I contacted the bank and was told that my landmark has been updated and the way bill be delivered in next two days at my address and my complaint no with Citibank is [protected]. Again today I received the way bill has been returned due to address related issue. Ihave receiving parcels from your company from last seven to eight years on the same address than why is this problem been created. Please help me and solve my problem at the earliest.
