Hi Team, My Citibank Credit Card was dispatched with Bluedart Tracking ID # [protected] – The first delivery attempted at my office address on 17th January failed as the delivery person came to deliver the courier at 2:30 PM and since my shift starts at 5:30 PM, I was not in office to collect the courier. In an attempt to get the same re-delivered, I called up the Blue dart toll free number and placed a request to re-deliver it on the next business day, 18th January, after 5:30 PM and the helpdesk confirmed that they will take the request and co-ordinate with the delivery team to deliver the consignment after 5:30 PM. Today, on the 18th, I did not receive any calls from the Bluiedart team – However, when I called the toll free number to enquire with the waybill details, it says that there was an attempted delivery at 4:30 Pm on the 18th, but I did not receive any calls from the Bluedart team. The Card is very important and I request your urgent attention to get it coordinated and delivered at the earliest – Any prompt response will be highly appreciated.
