Blue Dart — Non receipt of parcel | |||||
I am a customer of sbi credit card. Sbi card has informed me on oct 7, 2016 via sms that a parcel has been dispatched through blue dart awb no.[protected] on 1-oct-16 at my mailing address at uttam choudhury (c/o reserve bank of india), 15, netaji subhas road, kolkata 700001. till date, that is after passing of more than 15 days, the consignment has not received by me. today i make contact to your [protected] and a person gives me a reply that due to "no entry" by police authorities, it cannot be delivered today. however, i have seen so many other couriers are giving delivery in front of my office.
