I am employed with axis bank and highly frustrated with services of your courier delivery me. I am getting so many customers complaints because they are not getting their bank collaterals at their adrress itself. Mostly packets are getting returned to branch without improper reasons.

For this Waybill No., i had called on customer care(6 times) to inform that the same incident should not repeat with me. But the results are same( consignee not available). I m very disappointed with your service.
