I purchased this wireless earphone in July 2019, and now facing issue with its battery. I registered complaint and they said they will verify and then send the confirmation mail. It's been more than 2 weeks now but did not receive any mail. So tried registering the complaint again but again same thing happen and do not receive any confirmation mail or message. I tried send them email also regarding this and in response they sent the same link and asked to register the complaint. I have ordered Boat Rockerz 255 earphones from Club Factory. I received a damaged piece yesterday. It is not getting Charged. The quality of the product is also not good. I want to return and exchange a new piece as i have paid Rs 799/- online.

Sir my boat rockerz 255r is not working properly.
And it had connected but automatically disconnected so the bluetooth is on or off several times so please take action quickly.
