This is Ritesh on behalf of Mrs.Seema Singh w/o Gyan Prakash here, Sir We admit our patient of pregnancy case in your hospital on dated 31st of July 2021 and her delivery done at midnight on1st of August but after normal delivery they badly stitches our patient so this harm our patient .

Extremely poor staff. They are not trained and don't have enough experience. I went to donate blood. The nurse damaged my nerve while inserting niddle. Now I'm unable to move my hand from last 2 weeks. When I told them about my symptoms, they simply don't have any idea. They said - thoda bohot to hota h, thik ho jaega. I went to a neurologist and he identified the problem and said never go to an inexperienced staff for blood draw.
Similar to this, there are many bad incidents happened with peple in this hospital.

Most of the equipment in this hospital are not working correctly like oxymeter, sugar measuring etc. My father was put on oxygen whole night and next day hospital staff are saying oxymeter is not working properly and there is no need of oxygen cyclinder. Staff also in this hospital doesn't wants to work and wants to rest as this is government hospital.

This attitude towards their work is not good.

Dont know is this managment failure or anything else but this needs to be addressed and corrected.

The prescription given by doctor doesnt provided on time to the patient.

Hope this complaint helps someone and they might get better treatment.

BGH officials are providing wrong information related to COVID vaccination. When the authorised persons are visiting BGH for their vaccination, the staffs are not providing the correct information about vaccination as per the information they have given in the AROGYASETU APP FOR VACCINATION CENTERS.

Please correct the mobile number given on this site for BGH (Bokaro General Hospital), as the number belongs to mine, I have complained many times but you have not showed you seriousness towards this.. I think you are careless...

This is covid-19 pendimic..all are suffering, , but then also you have not correct the contact number or customer care number of BGH (Bokaro General Hospital) which is shamefull..

I think after this post, the admin will serious and correct the mobile number or contact number given on this site..

They are not caring the covid patients and they also misbehaving by doctors and staff so its my humble request to have an action on this subject as soon as possible

Here in Bokaro general hospital nurses are so rude that patients are crying out for help but nurses are neither coming for help nor behaving well.They are so rude that patients are dying for treatment and immediate help but they are not coming to the patients bed.
Please sir I request you to teach them their responsibility and make them a aware of their duty of saving the life of patients, my mom was crying alone for help, to off the knob of glucose, but they did not come to help and blood continued to flow in opposite direction into the pipe and bottle.Even other patients of the same ward also sought help but neither of the two nurses came for help.My mother is admitted in ward 3/c in night on 19th April 2021.Please take action against these two nurses working in night shift of ward 3/c🙏🙏

I don't know even the CMO is aware of the guidelines of CCU & ICU .Even Normal guidelines of CCU unit is not being followed attendents are kept outside this means that the whole and sole responsibility of patients is on CCU staffs but they don't even touch the patients and during the visiting hours they ask the attendents to do all cleaning activities of their patients. The staffs are having lethargic attitude regarding their duty and behaviour of staffs are like people's treating beggars on street.

There are some sister who support those student who Dont behave good with patient, I have to complain to Director that some Attitude School nurses behave rudely, Bokaro General Nursing school, 2nd & 3rd year they dont have Good behaviour in The school, If not Rules will be followed by teacher, i will Complain to ICMR, Delhi.

Sir, i with my mother have been waiting since 8am on date 26may 2020 neuro surgery department for dr. Anand, and its 11am. But he is still not here. When i asked the compounder over here, he shouts at us and say, "arey aaram se raho na yaar" what the hell is this? I know we compare doctirs with gods but. These types of doctors are not god. Ye chutiya hai sala.

It's very disheartening to say that at this hour of global pandemic situation, doctor play a huge role to support us in though medical emergency situation.. But in bokaro steel city, bokaro general hospital things are different as no one is concerned to look into patients seriously. My father recently gave a blood test, but the hospital refused to give the blood report making excuses that the blood report is lost. Is this kind of service acceptable?? What if there was a emergency case?. Government of jharkhand is sleeping with a blind faith that we are safe. Wake up before it's too late
