Today my patient has got ecg test in the morning when i asked about the report to the sister on duty she told that as per doctors order she can not show the report to the attendant. My patient name is mr. Dhrup singh he is admitted to general ward iii b bed number 335. I request you to kindly resolve my problem. I just want to know in which book it is written that we can not see our patient report. No body is taking care properly to my patient he is having severe body pain but no medicine was given regarding that. Morning blood test has been taken that report also not told us. What is the status of the blood report.

Yaha par cleaning ka sirf paper par hota hai safai karmchari ko kisi bhi tah ka material nahi diya jata hai belne par bolta hai ki name to pani she hi saf karna hai
Poor Hospital. Please change the management or close it. If you cannot do the treatment well, don't make it the worst. Justify your work or don't do any work at all. Ask for a public survey and know the reality of the Hospital. Please close the building. Doctors already have clinics.

    Very unprofessional and illiterate type of behaviour of so called DrMashan of orthopaedic & physiotherapy department.
    He use to sit in Room No.2 along with DrMM Kumar.
    I visited the above Department with a patient and there was chaos in the queue to visit the Doctor of room no. 2 (DrMMKumar) and some persons were breaking the line, some were going directly by giving some short of bribe to Compounder sitting next to Doctor’s Door;
    When i asked this person (MrMashan) why this type of Chaos, then he behaved very rudely and told this is the way to get diagnosed you wait or else go to home and many more bad words like this.
    Proper action should be taken against these types of Hospital Staff.

      Hi

      I am writing this complaint on behalf of hundreds of patients standing along with me with a hope that this would be heard and appropriate action would be taken.

      We have been waiting in the medicine queue since an hour, the counter is kept opened without any attendant.

      People are suffocating of torturous heat and few have drained out to faint as well standing in the line. There is no response from the hospital management in this regard.

          Dear Sir/ Madam,
          This is Lakshmikant a NRI lives is USA, its regarding my Dad (Hit Lal Mahto), who is senior citizen an ex-serviceman of Bokaro Steel Plant.
          At present he is admit in Bokaro General Hospital, Jharkhand because of heart related problem and my old mother is there to take
          care of him.

          I had talk with Doctor, my dad is in recovering mode but he needs care but the kind attitude hospital staffs have, may lead to health deterioration
          of patient.

          Its been couple of days I have been hearing from my mother, every day she has to argue with hospital staff to meet with dad, neither
          hospital staff are taking care my dad properly nor they allow to my mother to meet without argument. Please note there is no as such
          recommendation from Doctor that no one can meet with patient.

          I am not sure about hospital staff and management approach towards a patient whether they want patient to get cure soon or
          they want to keep patient to make money.

          I request you kindly help in this matter and set an example for better society.

            I took my mother to bokaro general hospital at 11:30 pm on 15/03/2019. Her condition was as much critical as she stopped breathing there within 5 minutes of admission. I could not admit her in ccu (In spite of her critical condition) because i had not rs.10500 at that moment. The doctors made fun of me and denied admission but when i requested further, they agreed to give admission on a condition of submitting rs 5000 at the same moment. I was forced to sign a bond, a copy of which i'm attaching here. Fortunately, i was successful in arranging that amount at midnight! My mother remained in emergency ward for 15 minutes and then they forced me to take her to the general ward in spite of her critical condition. I requested, "there may be no seats in ccu, and i don't have money too but what you doctors can do is at least let my mother live in the emergency ward for some more time. They denied. And then begins the cruel story of bgh staffs. The blood which got transmitted was chilling cold. I paid rs.150 to two wardens for getting my mother's faeces cleaned. There was no separate container where my mother could vomit. All the available nurses went to sleep inside their cabin. Neither of the nurses visited any patients the whole night! The fiery night passed and i went outside to meet my friends for the arrangement of blood leaving my friend with my mother. Now what they did was they denied my entry too. I entered somehow. First time the doctor checked my mother at 11:30pm on 15/03/2019 and the second time was ~12'o clock of the afternoon on 16/03/2019. The doctor gave prescriptions for 6 injections per day each costing rs.546.50. The nurse gave two injections (Neither o[censored]s saw her injecting anything anywhere) which was available with her on condition of returning the same when i buy them from the doctor's agent. The doctor himself called his agent and the medicine reached the bed. I think the story is getting lengthier. So getting it short, i requsted to release my mother and wrote a bond at 6 pm on 16/03/2019. They issued a lama certificate but they wanted to keep her longer to squeeze some more money and finally they killed my mother at 7:30 pm and issued me her death certificate. I denied to pay the bill for ccu as i had denied her admission in the very beginning and the drama went on for 5 hours. I want answer now... Who killed my mother,"me or the staffs of bgh"?

            Canteen staffs behave not good to costumers.specially tea vendor. He is so rude in behavior.I had book two cup of tea and give token to him.He is so rude in behaviour and doesn't gentle in nature. He must be dismiss from his job. Please solve this issue

              Rajnandan singh, staff no :- 349052 old staff sail steel plant. 40 years service period. When i fell sick, i got admitted in the hospital. During the treatment i was alloted ward no :- 3/a, room no :- 3, bed no :- 358.in this winter season i was not provided with pillow and blanket on by bed. At 12 o clock when the sisiter incharge were asked for the pillow and the blanket, she replied that there is no pillow and blanket. Second time when the sister was asked for the same, she replied rudely that i dont have it so what i will buy and give you. Lastly she said that after this dont come back again for the pillow and blanket to me.

              So my service for sail for a period of 40 years have no significance that i have been treated so rudely in the bgh (Bokaro general hospital) just for a blanket and pillow.

              Bgh home guard police are so mis behivour with the patience realtor, as ladies home guard are so mis behivours and abuse words. I don't suggest to go that such hospital.

                My Father is suffering from chronic kidney disease, At some occasions he needs immiate action/response from docter but the docter are real ignorant. Though they have full stock of blood in their blood bank they didn't provide it to my Father when he was in real need. They made us to wait for 2 days and then when we arranged a person for donation they were not letting him to donate saying if we are paying him for donatin. Simply they wanted my Father to die without enough blood supply and when we tried to bring blood on our own they were not even ready to take it.. they are not docters they are killers.. they have got education to make fool of innocent people, treat them like slave, ignore them and finally kill them giving one or other excuse. They have not at all have any empathy of patients. Worst hospital, worst docter, worst nurses, worst service.

                  The mentioned helpline no. is personal.
                  I got call all the time regarding enquiry about hospital related things.
                  Several time I complained on the social media . Many a time I responded it very politely, All the time I got call on office hour. It hampered lots of work of mine.
                  I request to admin please remove the no. from your page ASAP and do not mention anyone's personal no. from next time.

                  Though I didn't find any space about complaining, so I mentioned it here.

                  My phua (Gayatri devi)died on 17/09/18 (Viswakarma puja) due to absence of doctors WHY??
                  The nurses are also lazy about their duty WHY??

                    I have admitted my wife in bgh in august 2018 regarding preganancy, from starting of preganancy i have regular contact with doctors roopam but in emergency time no ant doctor present in hospital, they came after 3 hours and behaviour of support doctor is very bad with me. I want to write more but i know this complain will not reach to senior authority, if you really want to know full compain plsz call me.

                      Sir, we are here from last 4 days. Staffs here especially in ward-3/b, general ward is not paying attention for cleanliness. The ward stinks due to toilets and foul smell regularly. Everthing here seems like unattended. Please pay attention on cleanliness of this ward specially toilets which stinks worse so that people here admitted can be discharged healthy and also people coming with them do not fall sick due to these conditions of this hospital.

                        My grand mother (Jyotsna rani mukhergee dps school) was suffering from colon cancer. Initial 2 senior doctor with lead to the spread fro stage 3 to 4. Then the nurse are confused. Her report was a deadly types of cancer which says direct treatment no experimentation should e done and they did experimentation at last please remove dr pankag from job he only gave wrong treatment which finally led to death after 1 year. The nurses made mistakes by removing water. Dr pankag was so men he did not ask about my grandma. My grandfather (Somdev mukhergee) wasted money by getting wrong medicine which dr pankag suggested. He is becoming old

                          My sister reached the hospital with my father who is seriously ill and not able to breathe properly at night alone. The staff members including the doctor, instead of helping and caring, shouted at her and showed no responsibility towards the patient's condition and health. This is not the first time that it is happening. A lot people get humiliated by the staff members of bgh. Their rude behavior made my sister even more worried.

                            Few days back doctor discharged my wife who was in ward 5 c. I went to hospital to take her back. It's not new thing this has happened with me before also 10 days back when my father was admitted in dhanwantri ward. These police men's or women's on the shift at the gate behave so weired which is unable to explain. When my father was admit i use to take his food but when reaching at the gate to go to dhanwantri ward these people not even listens to the person and starts shouting as an illiterate person. And will ask you to go through different way which doesn't even leads to the ward. I know and understand that it's their duty to guard the gate but harrasing people is not at all good. Same happened with me few days back when my wife was released. A woman constable at the gate didn't allowed me to go through and directed me to other gate. If this complaint is really actioned then i would like the authority to take legal actions against two senior and one girl with fluffy chicks working in ward 5 c. They really fought with me and my wife who was a patient there and that too for no reason. For their long day shifts they were chit chatting and abusing me and my wife. They are really not literate enough to be there. Just they know the work they are working there or else most of the visitors there in the ward feel that they are of no use. A strict action should be taken for them. I left but they treated my wife as if they were abusing me. Whole day and whole if their shift they eat, sleep and chit chat then i believe our governments eyes are closed or really they don't have real ethics to keep a track on whole system and paying them for no use. They should be thrown out immediately. Another thing is these policemens. I know they act same as they are directed but direction given to them is totally wrong. Visitors should be stopped. Not the attendants and wards like 5 c where illustrate people work attendants should be allowed to go in any time so that they can speak to the doctor as all patient's don't carry cell phones or they can't wait someone to come and pads on the message. Really you guys should improve. It's really shameful for us to have these kinds of rules in the hospital. If got a chance i'll definitely escalate this all matters to the higher authority. I believe that working in hospital is the best job any can have. Where you get paid for doing nothing apart from your enjoyment. Really shameful guys.

                            Total 17 Complaints. Resolved 2 & Pending 0. Wow. You people have good knowledge of Mathematics. Means it's like I got 5 mangoes I ate 3 remaining 0. Are you serious. What about 15 remaining complaints. Are those matters are so serious to handle or it's been erased from your data base by you people. You All are involved in this I believe so.
                            What steps has been taken against all those ### working there in ward 5 C. I didn't receive any feedback from anyone regarding action against them. It's been 3 months now from the date of incidence. Is this web portal just a show off or actions are taken. Hope to hear from you guys very soon.
                            What Steps have you taken, it's been 1 year since that incidence and no updates in regards to my complaint. Who is responsible for reading and taking actions against names peoples. How much bribe you people take to shut your mouth and for not taking any act

                              My wife had gone an surgery for appendix and tube. The staff of the hospital is very very very rude. They don't even care the patient and above all they don't have manners to talk. They seems to think we as a slave of them and we have to obey them.in order to look patient the nurses in the ward 5 c sleep, use mobile phones and chit chat. According to my wife once a lady in her ward was in great pain and she shouted nurse for the help no one cared about her and was busy in their cell phones. My wife later who had gone an surgery went to the nurse chamber which is just opposite to the glass chamber of the patient and called the nurse. Really thus hospital is no more a place for treatment. Behaviours of the staffs is the major thing according to me and most of the people who face this issue. When medicine gets over they inform late in night that the medicine is over and you have to buy it. Are they not humans. They play with the patient's life. And when asking them they will shout upon u as if you are the servant of them and the hospital is your father who is financing everything on behalf of you. I will not stop here i want hospital to take legal actions against all the nurses and staffs working in that ward. Nurses and staffs should always be polite and calm with everyone because we rely on them for our patient's well being and not to cheat us. Shameful act. Very very shameful act.

                                Ex sail employees are arebeing demanded for bribe for their treaent instead of having mediclaim policy they are not being treated for
                                This case related to pacemaker implantation of many ex sail employees who had been asked for bribe getting the operation date by saying that the person who brings the device from company to hospital ask for expanses.

                                  Through this complaint letter, i want to draw your attention towards the uncleanliness prevailing in the gerenal hospital. The words that i am going to pen here are aimed to make you aware of the work quality. I am sorry to say but the professional cleaning services provided by you are not up to the mark. The toilets are never found clean. They always emit a very foul smell. The sweepers even leave the rubbish in the corners. Consequently everywhere, a stinking smell, uncleanliness, dusts and negligence prevails. I wonder how the staff is so indifferent and working in such unhygienic conditions. The sanitation is very bad here. Toiletp are not swept regularly.
                                  So, i request you to look into this matter seriously and improve the sanitation in this area.

                                    Dear concern,

                                    This is regarding the unprofessional and rude behavior of so called doctor
                                    A k thakur - medial specialist - opd - room no - 01 - bokaro general hospital - jharkhand.

                                    This bloody # don't even know how to speak with the patient (And that to old lady patient).

                                    My mom and dad are senior citizen and my father was ex-employ of bgh. My mom is a bp patient and a k thankur use to do regular check up, and he use to repeat the medicine. This time suddenly he changed the medicine, so my mom just asked that " whether he has changed the medicine" (Earlier she was taking tablet but this time he gave capsule).

                                    I don't know why, just because of this he got anger and he started shouting on my mom and told that u don't know any-thing about this, just take what i am writing and then he called my dad and told that she (My mom) know very much about medicine so he am not going to give the medicine told to leave.

                                    Even though there was not any fault of my mom but still my dad apologize for the same and requested to renew the medicine. Bloody doctor was still shouting and told that " i think that she is mentally sick and he will write some other mental medicine also" how dare he can say like this to an old lady - i don't know whether he has a mom or not and whether he respect for mom or not but this is not at all acceptable and i want a strict action to be take against this.

                                    Kindly take it seriously and ensure that the so called doctor will get to now how to speak with a old lady, as i am not in the same city, else i would have explained him, by logging complaint police station.

                                    Other patients have already complaints about him but as he is the only doctor available, so because of which every one have to suffer and bear his arrogant and unprofessional behavior nature.

                                    There are many other complaints against him can not explain.

                                    I am working in mnc company in bangalore and unable to do any thing from here, so request you to please look into this.

                                    Hope some one is reading this and it will be taken care and i don't have to go for some other option.

                                      When i admitted my colleague in bgh in casualty ward they were not provided pillow and clean bed sheet no the bed when i complain they denied my complain. It's my request you to take immediately action against this type of thing. Thankyou yours obediently anjani kumar choudhary and when i visited rest room of bgh there were no facility were provided to patient. R u like to take action against the management of sail or not only give me proper explanation under right to information act otherwise i will knock the door of court regarding this complain as soon as possible.

                                        Dear sir,
                                        I am a resident of dhanbad and my wife was admitted in BGH now she is discharged after paying all bill which was given by BGH but no single lab report,
                                        Diagnosis report given to me and even no bill details which is paid by me. For all details I have wondering room no 57, 64, 20, and medical record room from last Saturday till now I am not getting a single copy which was needed. And one more thing in the record room 1person seated named Mukesh... He is clearly said to the person I am seated here not for you. Just come after 2 or 3days I will find then will give you.

                                        No any positive action done by BGH administration. His staff was clearly said when I want then you will get your all lab report and case history other wise no single person is here to ask me about your report.
