At the time of booking I had applied coupon FLY and it shows discount of Rs.400 but when I made payment there is no discount on my flight fare i.e. total amount deducted from my a/c is Rs 3871.00 but Yatra shows Total paid amount is Rs 3471.00
I had called to Yatra customer care but I am so much disappointed with yatra bcoz I am not getting any response from their side.

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

I have a complaint regarding my transaction while booking a flight from your website. On 26th august 2016 i tried booking a flight for 6th october 2016 at 16:25 pm the flight no. is 6E- 574 which travels from Bhubaneswar to Kolkata, after putting all the payment details and while the transaction was ongoing it showed error in transaction and no itinerary was produced to me. I had waited for 15 minutes and and continuously checked my mail to see if the ticket was confirmed or not but still no confirmation was sent to me, hence i had booked another ticket of the same flight which had immediately showed a confirmed status and travel itinerary was generated to me. The reference No. for my confirmed ticket is[protected]. But after i checked my bank statement yesterday i had seen that yatra has deducted INR 2455 twice from my account when clearly no ticket was generated to me during the 1st transaction which yatra had shown unsuccessful. Even till date no itinerary of the 1st transaction has been sent to me hence deduction of INR 2455 the 1st time was clearly a mistake on yatras part if no record of such transaction was sent to me by yatra, hence it is my request to you that you please refund my INR 2455 that you had wrongfully deducted from my account and did not produce a ticket to me for that. I have no problem regarding my confirmed ticket, and i do not wish to cancel it either, but i just want the failed transaction money to be refunded to me as soon as possible as this is nothing but fraud by yatra. The email id that i had used to make both the transactions is [protected]@gmail.com. Kindly return my money back or else i will be forced to take strict actions against your site. To prove that money was deducted from my account twice i am attaching my bank statement in the attachment bellow. Hope to get a response from you soon.

Hi,
I was trying to book flight from Delhi to bangalore. But unfortunately the price in app and website both are different in app and your website.So i booked it from some other website.I have attached screenshot for this.Please check this error so that other customer don, t migrate to other sites.

And i have travelled alongwith my spouse but to submit the bill bank wants full details ie the split up of the amount charged like base fare, service tax which is 14.5% development fees etc in the bill for the bank to reimburse to me as i have gone on leave fare concession but inspite of my telephone to your customer support and emails to them they are sending the same invoice which doest not meet the bank's requirement as we have to pay service tax to the govt.,. Your travel consultant ms. Monika kapoor has mailed saying that they cannot give the details. I am out of funds to the tune of rs. 2 lacs. Please give me the detailed invoice so as to claim the same. I booked a package for my friends for honkong and macau from them. as they board there.the cops there did not allow them to enter and treated as terrorist and sent them again.
very same day i requested to cancel the hotels and all but till now i dint get anything and yesterday as i called they said that there is no refund.
initially they said they can but as the time pass they changed their words.

Jeans and T SHirt also very poor quality and too small i cant wear all this stuff. its does not fit to my size . I have make the payment worth Rs. 849/- and open the item and found the packed / shipped item is totally mismatched with ordered / catalogue item with differ in sized also. Package payment paid to them Rs.10000/ online.I have all details of payment. i have sent inquiry many times, but still not able to contact them and no reply from their end. contact no put on web site +91-[protected] is not in service. Whenever I try contact them for confirmation, they are not responding me by not picking up my call.I sent them mails regardinf this many times, but there is no reply. i have planned my trip many times but just because of this i have to cancelled out all the times. i am completely frustrated with their service. so i am requested to kindly refund my booking amount.please refund me as early as possible, I really need it, My payment ID is:100728

Booked My Yatra cheated me too..for my bookings at Hotel VITS Mumbai, When I got several calls in the name of Offer, I smelt rat but I insisited that if I will get confirmation from hotel Vits I will make the payment, so I made full payment of Rs: 11, 300 to Book My Yatra . Co, just 2 days before my arrival at Mumbai I got mail from VITs stating booking is cancelled due to non payment from Agent Book My Yatra, i traced thier address and found nothing there..they are team of fraudsters and even girls are in the team.

These are the who are wondering on the streets freely. Those people have dumped us for almost Rs. 11000. Didn't even replied to emails & phone numbers.. One should find them out & bit them on the streets...

They will not call you back now.. They just gone.. They have already dumped several people who have contacted me on seeing my complain on website. Please make other people aware of this as this is really hurting the middle class people like us.

These company duped for Rs: 15, 000 for a booking at Hotel VITS Mumbai, Book My yatra called me like anything for payment on pretext of special offer. I asked them if I could get a confirmation of booking from Hotel VITS Mumbai I will transfer the money. Onset I got e mail confirmation from Hotel VITS Mumbai and I transfered the full payment to Book My Yatra, 2 day before my arrival at Mumbai I got E Mail cancellation from Hotel says booking is cancelled due to non payment from Book My Yatra . Co and they are not taking calls, all the nos used by them was Tata Indicom and no more in use.
I tried to reach their office but there was no such address and not found any...
Please advise how we can take action against such fraudsters?
