I am complaining about to recent booking from yatra.com. When i was booking i selected journey date 19th sept 2021 but after booked the ticket its showing 12th sept 2021.
And after that i was trying to connect to customer care for assistance they didn't share single contact no to call directly for flight booking.
And there are option "talk us" under Support tab but that also waste of time no one responding. This is complete worst site.

this is my first experience with Yatra and really too bad. i will never suggested anyone to use Yatra

      I have cancelled my tickets due to airlines fault on 12th April. Received confirmation on 16th April, reference number[protected]. Still waiting for refund. Why so much time???

          I booked a Lodge using Yatra.com.
          Booked Lodge: Aruna Lodge
          Location: Gingee
          Booking ID: TG:27057231
          Check in : 24th Jan and Check out: 25th Jan
          When I reached the location, I was informed by Aruna Lodge owner that he never registered his Lodge in any online booking portal.
          I tried calling customer care of Yatra but no one picked. I even dropped an email to support I'd but got a reply after 2 days.If Yatra cannot verify in person then why getting listed as service provider. It's we the common people who is struggling when the service is not provided.
          Either they have to properly verify the location in person else attend the customer when they need help with valid customer support.
          More over Yatra charged over 3000rs for ac room but the actual room rent is just 1500rs as updated by Aruna Lodge owner.
          This seems to be new kind of scam and Yatra seems to be supporting the scammers instead of customers which I feel by the way I got reply for the complain email

            I tried to book flight ticket from Mumbai to Chennai from Yatra mobile application on 12th December 2020, after doing payment successful of Rs 7854 through google pay, i did not received my tickets.
            Also after checking in my account of yatra.com, it is not showing any booking that i did on 12 December 2020.
            have checked the issue in google pay & my bank they both notified me that money was credited to yatra.com from my account.
            am attaching the screenshot of the payment done via google pay

              Dear YATRA team,

              Please give refund of Rs. 27, 290 against my cancelled Flight Booking(Ref No.[protected] by SpiceJet airlines for my Confirmation Number (PNR):I5937L. My ticket (which I booked through YATRA login and cancelled by Spice Jet) has been attached herewith for reference.

              My bank-account no. is [protected] (Axis bank - Shikrapur branch, Maharashtra). Refund should be deposited in this account. I got below given messages from YATRA on my registered mobile no. [protected] at the time of cancellation of tickets by airline, but now when I am checking E-cash balance balance using my YATRA login, it is showing 0 Rs. balance. Why so, when Spice jet already refunded Rs. 27, 290 to YATRA in June-2020? Please take necessary actions and refund the amount to my account no. given above at earliest.

                I tried to book flight tick from Ahmedabad to Kolkata in dated 04/10/2020 but amount was deducted from my account but ticket didnot get. I mailed [protected]@yatra.com but till the date didnot get any refund to my account. yatra.com is looting the customer in the name of booking.

                    I have made two bookings with yatra.com on respective pnr's (Mgywpf, qfu5jv) from hyderabad to varaanasi to and fro on 13th march 2020 obviously due to lockdown and covid crisis flight got cancelled and instead of providing refunds the airline provided me credit shell of rs.21000 now when i'm trying to use the credit shell i'm getting following pop up message (Refer to screenshot). I have been trying to contact yatra representative through mail, whats app but as usual no reply from their side yet. Finally i have no other option rather to raise complaint on this forum. Also although the screenshot suggests to wait for 2-3 days to get the refund from airline but i've been getting the same popup message since last 2 weeks while contacting the indigo airlines they have told me the entire refund has already been transferred to yatra.

                      I have booked 3 bus ticket on yatra.com for 16th april 2020 but bus got cancelled due to covid19. I have claim for my refund on 17 may 2020 for cancelled bus ticket its more than 55 days i have ask many times for my money they are replying with resolved status for my request but still i have not receive my money.

                          I booked a flight for 3 person from Ranchi to New Delhi on 28th Feb 2020. Yatra reference number was[protected] and the boarding date was 25th April 2020. Due to Covid19 cases flight was automatically cancelled. I chat with them many times for refund but they always say within 24.48 hrs your refund will be processed. Still i didn't receive my money nor any message from them. What should i do ?

                            My yatra reference number is [protected] .I have booked flight tickets from Frankfurt to cok and return tickets via yatra.com on Feb 4 2020. My flight tickets were supposed to be on April 18 2020!and return on May 18 2020. However due to corona virus I no longer want to travel. I have tried to contact yatra many times via email and phone to cancel or reschedule my ticket. However apart from automated reply they have not send any replies. Ethihad also announced of refunding money in ethihad acc amid corona outbreak. I would like to get a response on this.

                              I booked ticket from bangalore to delhi and taken facility of cancellation protection and additional 400 was charged by yatra against the same. I was trying to cancel the ticket through yatra and it was not allowing. Then i reached airport and cancelled at vistara counter as suggested on yatra portal. Yatra has not provided any toll fee number where we can reach in case of any assistance. They have also not provided any escalation matrix for complain.in simple words, they are looting this country

                                I booked a train ticket from ndls to ddn of rs 845.13. My money has been deducted through upi google pay but i didn't get any confirmation mail or message from yatra. Even the booking section in the yatra application shows 'no booking'. I tried to call on their customer service also mailed on customer service but didn't get any response. I hope they will tried to solve my problem sooner.

                                  I booked my ticket from kothagudem to hyderabad. When i did my payment, money got deducted but ticket is not confirmed. I tried twice but still money got deducted no ticket confirmation. Such a worst service ever. Please consider this and get my refund back. I also posted my picture and i want my money back. I booked for first time and bad experience. Neer going to use this again

                                      I have not 72 or above done a tickets. Today in morning i make a ticket delhi to allahabad. But select date wrong on refresh browser and ticket done. And i am cancel within 30 min. So why are not return the total fare. I am not aware that differ cancel charge on differ bus i am check one or two this charge show. Then a am done a ticket but our team give me a response that other chart charge. This very sad for customer.
                                      There are many problem to make a ticket within 168 hours. Why are apply normal cancel charge this is big issuse. When a have 168 hours then i am cancel it. But i have only 36 hours then how to follow your rule.
                                      And cancel charge of differ for differ bus its a also a problem. Then a sorry to done again a ticket. On this site.

                                        I booked the flight tickets through yatra.com with PNR H216L, booking ref no-[protected], date of travel 10th August from portblair-kolkatta-bhubaneswar(AI-788/9719).
                                        Due to pre pone of flight schedule by AI 9719(kolkatta to bhubaneswar), I couldn't travel.Moreover airlines cancelled my flight from portblair-kolkatta PNR.when I queued for boarding pass, counter staff told at portblair airport.
                                        Again I called customer care of Indian airlines, after many conversation, they told, with ticket no, you can request counter staff, then only you can travel.
                                        Time was not sufficient, again due to very data slow at airport, I could not got tickets no.i requested customer care of AI, even though they know the ticket no, still they won't give me.
                                        I booked the tickets through Yatra. No where ticket no shown.
                                        At last counter at airport, helped, and I travelled from port Blair to Kolkata.
                                        Pl refund total amount from Kolkata to Bhubaneswar.
