I book ticket from mumbai to patna return on then i canceled the ticket for 1 sector
For 1 sector price id 6360 approx as confirm by yatra cc.
Then yarta charge 3000 for cancellation and yatra charged 400 and promotional discount 600 then my refund amount should be 2360 approx and yatra refund 1717/-
I got promotional discount rs-1200/ only.

And yatra not responding.

    I have booked a ac seater-sleeper bus ticket from delhi to patna on 25th may 2019 at a price cost of 2624 rupees. My pnr no[protected].
    When i was going to board the bus the driver abruptly talked to me and said that the bus will go till hajipur.
    As i was alone and had booked the ticket so i decided to board the bus till hajipur only.
    Not even this... The lady beside me told that she had booked the ticket at a price of 1500 rupees only.
    When the bus reached muzzaffarpur they said to change the bus and shifted me to an nonac regular bus till hajipur, and they said to pay the bill of the bus till hajipur.
    When i complained to yatra for their pathetic service they hadn't responsed for 3-4 days.
    Then i started to complain everyday and threatened them to complain to consumer forum, then the responsed.
    But the didn't helped me …. As i have to give doubles charges for bus ride as compare to other passengers.
    They only refunded 200 rupees as compensation... This is not fair as i was charged double and was left at muzzaffarpur to a nonac seater bus.
    I want to you to look over this matter as yatra had earlier also showed pathetic service went i had to cancel was airplane ticket because of my medical condition.

      I booked hotel through yatra.com. The following are the details.

      Date of booking: 20-oct-2018
      Reference number[protected]
      Hotel confirmation number - yat[protected]
      Name of hotel: haveli backwater resort by club oxygen, alleppey, kerala
      Booking details:
      Check in, fri, 26 oct 2018 | time: 02:00 pm
      Check out sun, 28 oct 2018 | time: 12:00 pm
      The yatra.com was supposed to confirm bookings with hotel on 20-oct-2018.
      We reached hotel on 26-oct-2018 at 09:30 p. M. We found that yatra.com had not confirmed the booking with hotel. As such the hotel staff was not allowing us to check-in. We had to contact yatra.com several times. At least 10 phone calls were made. After wasting 3-4 hours, finally yatra.com sent email to the hotel management regarding our booking. You can check online records. Since the booking was not made prior, the cleaning of rooms did take time. Also we are not sure whether the booking for the same category was allocated as it was done on 11th hour. Also we have to compromise with our dinner. It was complete mental harrasement and struggle even after online prior booking 7 days before. I sent several emails to yatra.com in this regard. They are not refunding money to my account. Rather they refunded rs.1, 000 amount to some other account. It was same issue but with different booking made through different account and for different room. They are saying that rs.500 is refunded to some different account. How can they refund only rs.500 and to some different account and for some different booking. What should i do? Who will take care of consumer issues faced by consumers in e-commerce industry. Where should we complaint? Give me complete refund. Further fine penalty to yatra.com. Help the helpless customers in e-commerce era.

      I was using My team 11 and i won 10000 rs but when i requested to withdrawal 9000. they are send to me violence email. And after 4 days my Account suspended now what to do..

        I have sent so many mails to Book my yatra. But they ask me to send my email id and reference number.
        Just asking again and again, and they close the complaint.
        In the beginning itself, i have given my booking reference number from my e mail id.
        Since there website was not working, i asked for their contact number by mail so many times. But there were no response.
        now they are telling that they can not refund my money saying that my complaint was late, ie. after their cancellation time.
        They know that my mail time well prior to the cancellation time.
        Purposely they cheated me not to refund my cancelled ticket money

Please note that the private sector banks may take 2-3 working days and public sector banks may take up to 7 working days to refund this amount into your account.

          This booking was done 5 days back and I have not received my refund yet.and I don't find any of your help line number..

            I cancelled the bus ticket booked online as per their cancellation policy timing.
            They dont have proper provision for cancellation and thereby the company is cheating customers. Already i have posted compliant. But they closed the compliant without solving the same and returning the refund amount. I have wasted my time for one day through their web site. They dont respond for mails immediately

They dont give phone numbers neither they dont respond for the mails. they call only after the boarding date and say that they can not cancel since boarding date is over

              Hi,
              On 12.05.2018 i booked a flight for my father from new delhi to bagdogra, while booking the ticket amount of rs. 10456 gt deducted from my account but i didn’t received any confirmation ticket or mail after few seconds a guy from yatra called me and asked me to pay online via payment panel and i did that so, again 10, 456 amount gt deducted from my account. However, i contacted with my bank regarding unsuccessful payment of earlier one they said tht amount has been credited with yatra successfully and they sent me an email with attachment of statement.
              With yatra support i hv exchanged many mails for my refund but every time they tell me they haven’t received any amount but i have received a message on 18.05.2018 from yatra which says thank you we hv received the payment of rs 10456.
              I have called customer care several times but they are unable to help me out. This is very unprofessional and unacceptable behaviour.

                  1-3-18 morning i am checking flight details and cost from hyderabad to toronto from my laptop. All of sudden i got a call from yatra.com saying your searching for that will help to get best fair. I gave my details about my travel plan in the evening i approached via customer care chat service to book ticket and also asked few concerns about my booking. At that time customer care service said will hold ticket once you get clarity from concern airlines call to us will make a booking and let the details of payment etc. Next day morning i called regarding the same and through the of discussions i made payment of my travel. After i made travel booking i saw in final pdf file that no travel insurance. Customer care person was not said about the fair with or without travel insurance. I assumed the procedure of online website book there default fair will show with including travel insurance.

                  The moment i contacted customer care they saying offline procedure and the online procedure is different. How come this will know customer unless and until the customer care person given clarity about fair with and without including travel insurance.

                  I said during booking clearly that if something wrong your company is responsible for that, to the response said will take care everything.

                  Company giving false information and cheating for money. Kindly do the justice for my problem.

                    I m not customer of yatra trips (Thank god) i was planning for a tour packages so i tried yatra.com as is famous enough. I spend my whole sunday to get to know about some packages but height of irresponsible behaviour of the team after wasting whole day i have no information. I m thinking if they do this kind of behaviour with new customer what they must be doing with people who already have paid for packages. I suggest to stay away from yatra trips

                        Last sunday (22.10.17) yatra executive mr siddharth koushik offered me holiday package for 40k, when i asked for the discount, he promised the discount and asked me to come online and make the payment and i made the payment. But later when i saw the itenary he removed the house boat in the itenary with out informing me. He cheated me online to make some payment.

                          We had booked our flight from delhi to ranchi on 9th september 2017 and return on 10th september 2017. Unfortunately because of a bundh in jharkhand, we have to cancel these flights. I am shocked to receive your refund notice under reference above. While you want all the money in cash, you decide to refund part of my money in e-cash. This money i shall never be able to use it. When you are collecting all money in cash, why should i expect e-cash from you. This will lapse if i do not use it. This is gross cheating and i will stop buying from yatra and approach consumer forum for necessary action.

                            These fraud companies should be stopped immediately. They make so horrible travel plan to fool innocent customers.
                            My mom wanted to book tickets to singapore. These fraudsters popped up attractive travel plan with 10 hours of layovers which was not shown during the booking. So this was the stupid travel plan that yatra.com gave.
                            16:15 p on 25th oct'17 from pune to hyderbad (1:45 hrs layover) to chennai to kula lumpur (6 hrs layover) to singapore reaching on 26th oct'17. 8 hrs approx layover time in middle.

                            This is insane, how stupid can a travel agent be to show these type of flights in there advertisements in there flashing banners. Just to sell there tickets these travel agents make a fool of innocent people like my mom who do not dig into stuff before booking. Because they hide the layovers part before booking. Leave the layover. How can a dumbest of dumbest travel agent can suggest such flight to reach to a destination.

                            The entire booking costed around 38000, and when i called them for any alternatives or refund the told that only 7000 you would get as a refund. This is bloody insane. Wherein most of the tickets in them are refundable.

                              I made a booking from yatra in june end and it got stuck on the gateway. So yata was about to give me the refund after 1.5 weeks of not getting the refund i called yatra to check whether my refund has been initiated. Initially yatra gave me all together the wrong account details to which the refund was about. And after so many calls and emails it finally confirmed the account with my debit card number. The second is i asked them the arn number as my bank was saying there is no refund which got initiated from yatra side. Yatra gave me two different arn number. How can one credit has two diffrent arn number, this i asked to yatra to confirm me one so yatra person said give bothe the arn to your bank. Now is it the fault of my bank that they are not getting the refund details as first yatra always confirm some diffrent account details and second it provides wrong arn.
                              I confirmed all my details with yatra. Gave phone number name email id card number to be verified with bank statement. I did the payment from a debit card and yatra keeps saying it a credit card which was swiped. Their automatic system provides wrong card number and card holder name details.

                              My self Naresh I have ordered shirts in book mypacket with order number- BSJ13226. The product which delivered is in very bad quality, so IAM highly dissatisfied with product, so kindly take back the product and do the refund.

                                I booked four ticket for two couple from pune to goa for travel date 2nd june and departure time was 9:00 pm and goa arrival time was 7 am as per confirmation in ticket, bus came around 11:00 pm, from 9 pm to 11 pm i tried to reach number given in ticket, operator responded we are operator contact yatra and yatra office open in morning 10:00 am for complaint, thought ok not going for complaint. But came across other issue ac stopped to work after half an hour, driver tried to repair on the way but no luck and all passenger told it will impact journey timeline so he started without ac, he given call to his authority they told repair it in goa, i tried to call yatra number but it was going in hotel section and they advised to call in morning. I called up 10 am again and asked to login complaint and to make sure executive not raise any concern later for proof so i asked him to talk to driver and driver told him ac not working so we asking for refund, later after two days i got call and yatra executive told me bus authority is in conf and as per them ac was working, i got surprised because while login complaint executive had conversation with driver but yatra executive favored bus authority, later i told them that i need refund as your executive talked and he aware, i got respond in email that bus operator is not giving so we can not do much.
                                When i told you have audio recording as every conversation used to recorded by yatra, got respond that you share evidence, later i shared audio and in that itsvery clear, driver given his name and details fro ac not working, its 13 minute video in that from 8th minute onwards driver talked about ac not working to yatra executive, again got response that bus operator not giving refund so we can not do much.
                                I booked ticket with yatra so i need refund from yatra and you spoiled my entire trip so i need my 25000 top of ticket about 4450 i spent. I will share yatra email response and video by tomorrow

                                  I have logged into yatra login and found out that e-cash which i got is not redeammable fully as promised...

                                  Point 1:

                                  As per the ecash in the yatra website "cancellation refunds that you choose to park in ecash wallet do not have any expiry date"... Now my ecash which u have sent has an expiry date...

                                  Point 2:

                                  There is also a note in yatra "the limits for the redemable e-cash are only for promotional e-cash.. If the ecash refunded from yatra for cancelations,,,, it can be used completely in booking.."

                                  In my case cancellation happeed on 03/04/2017 two tickets due to technical error and two compensation e-cash has been made..

                                  Now i am not able to use that completely for my irctc train reservations through yatra,,.

                                  Try and resolve this issue sir as i see the issue still unresolved.

                                    Iam SUMATHI from chennai, on 17th Feb I booked a ticket through yatra from my SB account. The actual amt is 3550/-
                                    On 15th march I cancelled this booking and I received a refund confirmation message from yatra on 8th April 2017.
                                    After the deduction the actual amount to be refunded is 1025/- but till now the refund amount has not been credited into my a/c. I kindly request to look into this issue and clear the problem. I spoke to several times to yatra but from that side amount has been refunded and got confirmation message too but it's not credited in to my account.

                                      Dear Yatra,

                                      I tried to book a ticket on 1/12/2016. The money got deducted from my account and i was never refunded.

                                      I tried to call Yatra multiple times with no luck, I raised complain in yatra portal as well but i got the response from them that the money never reached them and they suggest to check with my Bank. I checked with my Bank as well and they confirmed that the amount was indeed transferred to Yatra.

                                      My Yatra booking transaction number is[protected]

                                      2) Payment mode (Credit Card/Debit Card or net banking) Net Banking

                                      3) Bank Name. HDFC Bank

                                      4) Amount Charged. 3829

                                      Bank Complain number - BANC[protected]

                                      Now i am not sure what is the next step, Bank can not lie to me as even in my bank statement i can see the money is deducted, which let me conclude that Yatra is cheating me and not providing any refund. Just to let you know i am following religiously on this issue with Yatra since 3 months but with no luck. I hope i get attention of some senior Yatra resource who can look in to the issue.

                                      Kindly let me know if you need further information from my side and please do not provide any number to reach out as i am done calling to Yatra. Its your mistake and you should call me . I think with the details above you should easily able to fetch my contact details

                                        The answer from the customer care is that the unconfirmed is for meal and not the ticket. Please clarify in the first document with distics columns to avoid any confusion.
