Hi I have ordered Samsung 16800 mah power bank and received 16th of march2016, worst product, not working properly, I want to return the product for last ten days I have been trying to call customer care no. But the no. Is never working such a bitter experience I had, never use this kind of fraud sights.
My sincere request is to the book my offer sight is return my money. Otherwise I will put a case on consumer forum.

Received another product

I had ordered for Samsung power bank, but instead of it i had received mi power bank, and the number provided by the site also gets disconnected before reaching any option...the box received by the courier mentions samsung details of power bank on it...
