I Have ordered for an RAYBAN sunglass on book my offer, I have received an duplicate and damaged RAYBAN, I have booked a complait regarding this in their call canter and they gave me complaint Number 50978, and they told us that they will change the product and they will send it within a week, but This is still Pending for past 1 month Actually I requested to return the product and return my money but they told there is no chance of replay only the product will be replaced now that duplicate product also I haven't received. Now I am trying to call their call center the phone is ringing for past 1 hour. Please help me with this I have spend about Rs 1000/-. its a big money for me. Why should I leave my value money for worst product and worst service given by BOOKMYOFFER. Have to ban this website and taking peoples money.

Hi sir
I booked the product Samsung Powerbank 16800mAh with Led on 18.3.16 and received the same on 22.3.2016 in a irregular wrapped packing..

The product is too worse that it charges the phone for only mearly 20-30 min even after a full day backup charging

Came to know from this site that many of our friends is having the same complaint regarding the same product...so kindly take necessary action for replacement or return of money if not there is no other go except to take this issue to the next level

I had an good impression on boommyoffer products which is totally lost by receiving below mentioned product

Product name : samsung 16800 man power bank

Above product which has been delivered is first not a samsung product itself. Moreover the product which is delivered is not even giving backup for three hours. Not able to charge a single mobile with this power bank.

If you need money i will simply transfer money to book my offer account as donation. But please do not cheat like delivering fake and unusable products. Samsung is a food company and because of you people they are also loosing their name. I will take this to samsung customer care also.

Disgusting response from bookmyoffer after so long, these guys are such a big fraud, they should be arrested and jailed for doing fraud with consumer openly, they customer care centre is also fraud, they don't answer the calls, I am going to police to register this complaint against bookmyoffer.

I had ordered for 16800mah battery bank samsung make throw online from one 'book my offer' online portal. The order ref number is [protected].
The supplier, one bp solar had supplied through one ecom express courier vide shipping no.[protected].
Despite my complaint, neither the 'book my offer' the online portal nor the supplier bp solar did not respond.
The defective device did not charge at all. The supply is 25000mah as against the booking of 16800mah.

Very recently I ordered a Samsung 16800mAH power bank with BookMyOffer and to my utter surprise when I tried charging handsets, discovered that it was fake product. It is unable to charge even 1% of one handset.

I hereby would like to raise a request to OEMs like Samsung to investigate into the matter (as I believe there would be hundreds of others who have been cheated for the same product) and lodge a legal notice against this online shopping firm.

Sending mails or speaking to customer care does not help, so the question of asking refund or replacement is also of no use. Instead it would be wiser to cascade this information to more and more people so that they may refrain themselves from ordering any product through this company.

Same here received fake and useless Samsung 16800 mah power bank without box and accessories and it does not work. It's a fake company and sell fake products.

I had full charged this power bank 3 times and during use, it got discharged very soon I.e after 2% of mobile (having battery cap. 3500mAh) charging.
It shows that there is some technical fault with this power bank.

Kindly arrange to replace this power bank with new ASAP.
