I have orderedvide order no- [protected] on 09th march, 2016, online a ray ban sunglass through book my offer.com for rs. 749/- + delivery charges rs. 99/- .
But i had received a courier on 13th march, 2016 a broken glass and damged age sunglass by book my offer.com. I had called to the given custome care number # [protected] but it was continuously discounted within a minute and i was unable to talk directly with the customer care.
I had put the mail to the said company on [protected]@bookmyoffer.com stating about the damaged goods, and received the automatic generated reply saying they would contact me withing 48 working hours.
In the next day, on 14th march, 2016 i have received the mail asking for images of the product. I have sent the images on the same day, and was waiting for the reply.
Meanwhile, on 23rd march, 2016 i found another email id [protected]@bookmyoffer.com, and i filled the complaint form stated and awaiting for the reply. But i am very disappointed.
Till the date i have not received any call and feed back about my complaint from the party.
