I dont need the product as i dont want to waste my money on fake products. kindly cancel the order. i have mailed sent complaints several times but there is no response. they are just paid for doing nothing. I was order a brown belt fastrack watch worth rs 748 with a combo of 3 shocks, but i have get a black belt, scrachfully and duplicate watch,

They have send the duplicate product & no body picking the phone call.even they are not responding over mail.
kindly take the strict action against them.

I booked an order for a combo of woodland wallet and a rayban goggles through bookmyoffer site. After two days I got the package through javas delivery services . After I paid the amount to the delivery boy, he allowed me to open the package. Inside the package there were two pair of shocks and a watch. When I told this to the delivery boy (who was there and waiting for my signature for the delivery) he told me that he cann't take the package back as I have opened the package and crying that if he return the opened the product, amount will be deducted from his salary and told that the product will be replaced with the ordered one if I register complain . On the humanitarian ground I let him go though I know that I was fooled by this e commerce site. Still I register complaint regarding the same on the link provided by bookmyoffer. In addition I called the customer care and they told me to write a complaint and forward it the complaint to [protected]@bookmyoffer.com.
But till now I didn't got any response from them and also the customer care no. is not responding...
