I have ordered a memory card costs 499, but I got a duplicate card, , after that i tried to return it but my order no. Does not existed in their database

I was purchased a micro sdhc card from bookmyoffer.com in[protected] and it was received on[protected]. when it was delivered to me the card is not supported in my windows mobile and in computer it couldnot accessed and whenever i trying to format the card it shows that windows is unable to format the disk. so, i want to claim its warranty and return my money Rs298.

I ordered on bookmyoffer.com. The product delivered on 21/02/2016(sunday) were fake of very poor quality. I immediately tried calling their phone number 91-[protected] as it was sunday got pre-recorded answer that its holiday.I called on monday and received pre-recorded answer that they are connecting to customer care, and after few seconds it disconnects, tried many times for hours whole monday and tuesday, same result.I have send them message on their site and received Ticket no. and message that they Iwill receive responce soon on high priority.No responce till now.Please take your product and return my money.I am enclosing my order details and the complaint i gave to them.

The product are not orignal and of poor quality.Sunglass were damaged and its not ray ban orignal.track pant is not of adidas or nike as mentioned. Please take back product and return my money ASAP.

I purchased a combo of a polo hand bag, reebok watch, an earphone, and a Samsung sd card. When i open the case of watch the glass of the watch seem to be broken and sd also not working properly my product no. I ordered Ray ban Aviator (black) on 18 Feb 16 and have received on 21 Feb 16. I have received a duplicate product as I have shown it to Ray ban showroom also. This is easily available on road side temporary shop on Rs. 80-150/-. You are doing fraud with the customers. I don't want to keep this product. Please take the product back & refund my money otherwise I will initiate the required action.

I have ordered a blue sun glass..not only they have send brown sun glass..it was broken and i tried calling the customer care..they asked me to take a picture of it and send it to them

Still no news of the same for 5 days...

We have good options like flipkar t, amazon, askmebazar...

I tried bookmyoffer..disappointed and frustrated to the core.

The product which I have received is not the original product of Ray Ban and it is a local product. I am not happy with the product received. Hence, I had tried to contact them as soon as I received the product. I have tried to contact them over the phone, but call is getting disconnected, then I have tried to contact via an email dated on 01/02/2016, but not response. I have again tried to contact them but unable to reach them.

I have also placed a return request and still waiting for somebody to come and collect it as mentioned in their website, but no haven't received and verbal or written confirmation from the company's end.

I ordered Ray Ban glasses on the website and the product i received was not the one i ordered. Its a different color glairs and a duplicate product. And i want to return the product as im not satisfied its still in the box. Kindly mail the return policy. I tried calling customer service multiple times from the time i received the product but call is not getting connected also emailed but din get any reply for the same.So please guide wat can be done.

Complained on the website on 28 Jan 2016.

On 19 Feb2016, another fake, duplicate and cheap black colour sunglasses were delivered.
Very difficult to get to Complaint Section on the telephone.
Have mailed my complaint several times without any response.
Have paid with my hard earned money for the product.
Bookmyoffer.com should refund my money at the earliest and blacklist the suppliers who are delivering fake products.

Sir, I have ordered one green colour rayban aviator but the company has given wrong colour and quality shown that the product is of rayban brand but it is the duplicate.
So I have tried to call them on the number which is on their site and mailed them. But no response was given by them
