Dear Team,
This email has got kind reference to my unfortunate purchase on Book My Offer via reference number [protected].
Since I have registered the complaint 7 days back but so far I have not received any revert from their side, therefore I have almost lost hope of my refund.
My purpose of writing this email is to make you aware about fraudulent occurred by Book My Offer, I might be bear the loss of 600 Rs but there are number of people for them may be it's a huge amount and such companies are making money. They should be treated as Robbers and Thieves.
Additionally, The contact number, they are using as customer care number, nobody answers that, call gets disconnected in 50 seconds automatically.
My humble request to you, please take some action to prevent such unfair trade practices.
